About The Role
We are looking for a proactive
Operations Manager to join our team. This role will involve extensive calling and follow-ups with potential students who have not attended counseling sessions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring lead conversion by actively engaging with students and addressing their queries. The position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students who missed their counseling sessions and encourage them to re-engage.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversions.
- Maintain and update lead tracking databases with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the admissions/counseling team to provide feedback on student concerns and interests.
- Understand student needs and provide relevant information about our programs.
- Assist in lead generation activities and contribute to improving the conversion funnel.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and build positive relationships with prospective students.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, tele-calling, lead generation, or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage and convert leads.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally.
- Experience using CRM tools or lead tracking software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the education/EdTech sector is a bonus.
