Anamika Ananth is a boutique fashion label rooted in indigenous textiles and crafts, creating contemporary pieces for a global audience. We are seeking a proactive and analytical operations professional to support our growing design house. As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with the founder/creative director, gaining firsthand experience in growing and scaling a purpose-driven business in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Artisan Management: Source fabrics and trims; maintain a database of vendors and artisans.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage current inventory levels across product lines.
• Merchandising & Retail Liaison: Coordinate with store representatives; support merchandising efforts.
• Market & Product Research: Analyze viability for new product lines and expansion opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports with actionable insights.
• Creative Support (Bonus): Assist with shoot planning and social media coordination as needed.

Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in operations; experience in fashion labels is a plus.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Textile Management or similar.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Tally.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Skilled at managing multiple product lines and allocating resources effectively.
• A strategic and analytical thinker who can turn broad visions into detailed plans.
