Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our airline clients by managing crew accommodation and ground logistics during both regular and irregular operations.
This role calls for excellent coordination, quick decision-making, and strong communication to deliver smooth and efficient crew experiences in time-critical situations.
Key Responsibilities
Flight & Crew Coordination
- Monitor flight schedules, delays, and cancellations to anticipate IROPS requirements.
- Coordinate hotel and transport arrangements for crew and airline staff during regular and irregular operations.
Real-Time Operations
- Liaise with airline representatives, hotels, and transport vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage confirmations, email correspondence, and MIS entries with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve on-ground issues such as room availability, transport delays, or crew grievances in real time.
Process & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records for billing, compliance, and audit purposes.
- Follow Rezolv's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service benchmarks to ensure consistency and quality.
Operational Coverage
- Work in rotational shifts to support 247 operations and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving ability.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); familiarity with hotel or airline systems is a plus.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Hospitality, Travel, or Aviation Management (preferred).
- 02 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or airline operations.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior exposure to IROPS handling, crew logistics, or hotel reservations will be an advantage.

Work Schedule
- 8-hour rotational shifts ensuring 247 operational coverage.
- One weekly off (rotational).
