Key Responsibilities
- Core role (coordination):
- Work closely with sales and reservations teams- be the key connector internally
- Make sure all booking details are shared clearly and updated across teams
- Coordinate externally with clients, guests, hotels, DMCs and local partners
- Be the single point of contact to keep travel plans moving smoothly
- Handle real-time changes, updates and last-minute coordination responsibly
- CRM & booking visibility:
- Maintain and update CRM with 100% accurate booking records
- Update all booking trackers, guest details and reservation logs
- Keep records clean, organized and easy to understand for the full team
- Make sure every booking has full visibility from start to finish
- Guest support (pre-trip on-trip post-trip):
- Help guests before the trip- answer queries & guide them with documents and planning
- Be available during the trip- support, guide and solve any concerns fast
- Assist after the trip- resolve final questions & collect feedback
- Make sure guests always feel supported, confident and excited
- Partner & client communication:
- Build strong coordination with DMCs and local experience partners
- Communicate with transport teams, guides, hosts, hotels and vendors
- Maintain friendly, clear and professional conversation with all stakeholders
