We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish and have experience in travel operations, including holiday packages, visa processing, customer coordination, and documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage international travel operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end travel operations for international clients.
- Coordinate holiday package bookings, hotel reservations, flights, and other travel services.
- Process visa applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, hotels, airlines, and travel partners in Arabic and/or Spanish, as well as English.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents.
- Resolve customer queries and provide operational support.
- Maintain records, reports, and travel-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and/or Spanish is mandatory.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel operations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of international visa procedures and holiday packages is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with a travel agency, tour operator, or destination management company (DMC).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
