Description
PENNEP is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to work directly with client Leadership on a contractual basis. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth daily operations and effective collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Leadership to manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Development teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Set up and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring technical setup and communication readiness.
- Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files efficiently.
- Coordinate and plan corporate events and meetings with attention to detail.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, executive support, or project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 12 Months ( Extend based on requirement and performance).
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Working Hours: 2 PM to 11PM IST

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
