Role Overview:
The operations Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring student success throughout their
academic journey. This role goes beyond reactive support it requires a proactive mindset to anticipate student needs, identify academic and personal challenges early, and act swiftly to ensure students stay on track. The ideal candidate is someone who combines student
empathy with data-savviness, problem-solving initiative, and strong interpersonal
communication skills.
Role:-
- Co-create agenda and content for facilitation along with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate sessions on self-awareness and emotional regulation in group format.
- Foster a participatory environment through storytelling, psychological insights, and interactive exercises.
- Collect student feedback and iterate on session delivery to maximize impact and engagement.
Requirements:-
- Advanced degree in psychology (PG Diploma or Masters).
- 3+ years of experience in counseling and group facilitation.
- Ability to connect psychological principles to real-world scenarios relevant to young students.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire a group of students.
