Job Description
Team Lead Role:
- Leading the Support/Production as well as the sales operation team
- Production and delivery of proper customized software to the customer.
- Interface between sales, operation and product development
- Taking part in the product improvement process, highlighting product improvement ideas to the product management
- Cooperating with the product management to route the information about new product features to the sales team
- Aligning with Controlling on the commercial operation tasks
Sales Support Role:
- Monitoring of support inbox, guiding customers in the usage of the Software, and supporting them in technical queries.
- Training sessions with the users (customers office and onboard crew).
- Train and support the Digital Sales team and support them in technical presentations to the customers.
Your background
- Solid background in the Marine industry. Able to oversee complex product and business structures
- Technical experience in the marine industry, preferably with a seagoing experience.
- Willingness to work in various software systems
- BSc Engineering, especially Marine Engineering or similar
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Very good spoken and written English
