This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Operations and Maintenance Manager. The Operations and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

• Experience in operations management, and maintenance management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the solar, interior design, or MEP industry is a plus
