Operations Analyst

Candidate Background

• 2+ years of total experience preferably in banking, financial or other industry
• Engineering or computer background preferred
• Familiar with Host-to-host payments, Swift FileAct and ISO 20022 XML file specifications.
• Strong writing, presentation, and oral communication skills
• Have interpersonal skills to manage peer, & other stakeholders in multi geographies
• Comfortable using a disciplined development methodology and adhering to development best practices, standards and procedures
• Self-starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision
• Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office (and/or other analytical software)
• Excellent interpersonal skills positive attitude team player and flexible

Job Description

• Provide support to the IPDL migration team
• Manage and control workflow in migration activities to ensure that they are coordinated, tracked and executed orderly.
• Submit workorder to setup UAT and Production system.
• Carry out investigation for production issue to identify issue and route to the correct team for fixes
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to gather updates for the migration activities
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly dashboards
