We operate electric auto rides with verified drivers, real-time tracking, and a commitment to zero cancellations. As we continue to scale our fleet and rider base, we're looking for an Operations Analyst to transform operational data into actionable business insights.

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Operations Analyst who will support city operations through data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will analyze ride demand, driver performance, fleet utilization, cancellations, and operational efficiency to help improve business performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key performance metrics such as trip volume, cancellations, driver utilization, wait times, and rider retention.

• Analyze ride demand patterns by location, time, and day to optimize driver deployment and shift planning.

• Investigate ride cancellations and service delays, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor driver performance metrics including earnings, online hours, ride acceptance, ratings, and incentives.

• Support analysis of unit economics including cost per ride, fleet utilization, and contribution margins.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer operational questions and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through data analysis.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Driver Partner teams, and leadership to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.

• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, mobility, or marketplace startups is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently write and optimize queries.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

• Experience in the EV or mobility sector is an added advantage.
