Job Title: Operations Analyst II
Location: Bengaluru
Work mode: Hybrid (3 days to office)
We are looking for an Operations Analyst II to support and troubleshoot application workloads across multiple cloud environments. This role involves monitoring dashboards, managing alerts, ticketing, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot SaaS products and offerings (Level 2)
- Lead application and network troubleshooting, partnering with Network Engineering & Incident Management
- Respond to application, network, and infrastructure alerts
- Manage and prioritize a ticket queue
- Handle communications with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and internal teams via phone and email
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist team members with network-related issues
- Train and mentor junior analysts
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting applications in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex production issues (app, network, infrastructure)
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, SolarWinds, GCP monitoring, etc.)
