Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations & Marketing Assistant, based in Thodupuzha. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, conduct market research, assist with sales and marketing campaigns, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and contributing to the organization's growth through innovative marketing strategies and communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data for better decision-making.
• Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to promote services and achieve business objectives.
• Organizational skills and adaptability to manage operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly Ayurveda and Sports Medicine, is a plus.
• Experience in social media content creation is an added advantage
