Summary :

The Operations Administrator IT is responsible for working in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) which provides 7x24x365 monitoring, service restoration and operational support for Prime Therapeutics.

Job Description :
  • This position is responsible for providing administrative support for IT functions. (AS400 Admin + Robot scheduler).
Technology Requirements :
  • Knowledge of AS400 Admin activities + Robot scheduler.
  • Responsibility will be running jobs, Monitor the progress and run tasks given in incidents/ changes.
  • Working on windows , Linux servers - mostly on basic trouble shooting like CPU , memory, Service Now ticketing tool.
Qualifications/years of experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • 2-5 years of experience of providing administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk & knowledge management.
Soft Skills Needed :
  • Good interpersonal skills, with ability to operate in a stressful environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
