Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist at Trevalyxis, located in Pune. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating project management activities, and assisting with sales operations. The role involves analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. Additionally, the Operational Specialist will communicate with various departments to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills
• Demonstrate effective Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Previous experience in an operational role is a plus
