Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to student onboarding, application workflows, and service delivery coordination.

• Assist with daily administrative & technical tasks to ensure smooth processing of applications across India, US, UK , Canada & Australia ensuring departmental efficiency.
• Track progress across multiple student cases, maintain organized records, and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Collaborating with counselors and sales teams, optimizing internal processes, and resolving operational issues to maintain a smooth experience for learners.
• Prepare reports to monitor performance indicators, and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Contribute to product development and research across our student-facing CRM dashboards
• Maintain relationship with external partners to ensure smooth processing of applications

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and track multiple student journeys and operational initiatives
• Proficiency in excel is a must
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with productivity and CRM tools
• Relevant experience in education services, student counseling support, or service operations is preffered

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
