Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist at Celvionyx, located in Pune. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the company. Key tasks include managing projects, optimizing operational processes, liaising with sales teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role involves working closely with different departments to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Proven Project Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales or working closely with sales teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
