Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from start to finish.
- Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources, ensuring targets are met.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage on-site construction teams, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and attend coordination and client meetings.
- Ensure all site operations comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM guidelines.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications or training in project management or workplace safety (e.g., PMP, WSQ, CSOC, or Safety Coordinator certificate) are an advantage.
- BCA-recognised qualifications are preferred.
