Key Responsibilities
- Managedaily S&M creation activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates across systems.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to capture, validate, and process relevant data.
- Generate and publish daily/weekly operational dashboards to support S&M activities.
- Track campaign performance, sales funnel metrics, and other S&M KPIs.
- Develop, automate, and maintain business analytical reports for cross-functional teams.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with insights and structured reporting.
- Create MIS reports, performance scorecards, and other business-critical dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical outputs.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to understand reporting needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders supporting strategic decisions.
- Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
Requirements
- 23 years of experiencein a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytics-driven role.
- Strong proficiency inAdvanceExcel, Google Sheets(pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards).
- Experience with data visualization tools such asPower BI, Tableau, Looker Studio(preferred).
- Basic understanding of SQL or spreadsheets-based data handling.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Nice to Have Experience in FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce domain.
