Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar for professionals with telecom infrastructure experience, including Tower Maintenance Engineers, THC Engineers, and Project Coordinators. Day-to-day responsibilities may include overseeing tower maintenance activities, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating scheduled and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Team members will support telecom site operations, supervise civil and electrical works, manage contractors or field teams, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients on project timelines, site readiness, and issue resolution, while ensuring minimal downtime and reliable service delivery. Candidates should be prepared for regular field visits, hands-on work at telecom sites, and adherence to company procedures and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in telecom infrastructure, including tower maintenance, site management, and basic knowledge of telecom equipment and power systems.
• Working understanding of civil and electrical works related to telecom towers, including safety procedures and regulatory or industry standards.
• Ability to coordinate projects and field activities, manage schedules, track progress, and maintain clear records and reports.
• Proficiency in communicating with field teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders, with clear spoken and written communication skills.
• Capability to work on-site in Bihar, including conducting field inspections, troubleshooting issues, and responding to operational requirements.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation; familiarity with project or maintenance tracking tools is an advantage.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil, or telecommunications engineering, or equivalent practical experience in telecom infrastructure.
• Commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and collaborative teamwork; prior experience with telecom tower or passive infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
