Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand's marketing initiatives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong market positioning. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring the brand resonates with target audiences and achieves commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop promotional strategies, sales tools, and training materials that support sales objectives.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Content & Digital Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging content for online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing in the cosmetics and skincare sector.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork across functions.
