Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Design, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotional strategies, sales tools, and training materials
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competition
- Manage marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize ROI
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales in cosmetics & skincare business
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Up-to-date with industry trends and new products
- Collaborative and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry with business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 6-9 years of experience handling Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Cosmeceuticals finished products
