Job Description

  • Proactively generate and identify leads on Upwork, Guru, and other freelance platforms.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with clients from initial contact through to project delivery.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on generating leads on platforms like Upwork, Guru, or other freelance job portals.
  • Strong understanding of freelance platform tools, proposal writing, and client communication.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets within tight deadlines.
