Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Onfield Sales Engineer based in Hyderabad. The role involves providing technical sales support, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable power transmission products. The individual will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, conducting technical presentations, troubleshooting product issues, and working closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires consistent follow-up on leads, managing sales targets, and delivering technical solutions for a diverse array of client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to identify and recommend appropriate power transmission solutions.
- Strong Communication and Sales abilities to effectively interact with clients, present technical solutions, and generate new business opportunities.
- Customer Service expertise, including troubleshooting and providing tailored support to meet clients specific needs.
- Relevant work experience in industrial and power transmission products is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering fields is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-field and travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
