Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Client Onboarding Specialist. The Client Onboarding and Data Management Coordinator is responsible for executing the initial setup process, accurately managing client information, and supporting compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding Support (Primary Focus)

Documentation and Forms: Review and process new client onboarding forms, contracts, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.

System Setup: Input, update, and maintain new client data and profiles in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other internal databases.

Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the client, Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to ensure all setup steps are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Communication: Prepare and send out welcome materials, track the status of the onboarding process, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

Data Management and Maintenance

Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of all client information in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate electronic and physical records of client interactions, documentation, and communication logs.

Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and support initiatives to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the client onboarding workflow and data management practices.
