This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-Site Supervisor located in New Delhi. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations related to road construction and safety projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring the use and application of materials like thermoplastic paints and road safety equipment. They will also be responsible for managing on-site resources, providing progress updates, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.

• Knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and equipment, including thermoplastic paints and road safety systems
• Strong project management skills, including team coordination, adherence to timelines, and resource allocation
• Understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance protocols in the road construction industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in managing national highway or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and manage field challenges effectively
• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
