Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Installation & maintenance of OLT hardware.
Troubleshooting OLT chassis, line cards, SFPs, power modules & fan trays.
Fiber patching, OTDR testing & fusion splicing.
Rack installation, cable management & DC power systems.
Preventive & corrective maintenance of POP sites.
Hardware replacement & OEM/vendor coordination.
Spare inventory management & breakdown support.
Ensure SLA compliance and minimum network downtime.
Skills Required
Hands-on experience with Huawei/Nokia/ZTE/FiberHome OLT hardware.
Strong knowledge of GPON, FTTx & fiber optics.
Experience in telecom/ISP hardware maintenance.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willing to travel across Mumbai and work in rotational shifts
