Job Purpose
- To build very strong connects with Corporates and source salary accounts
Key Accountability
- The key accountability of sales officers is source quality salary accounts and cross sell various banking products
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
- Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance , Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc
- Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month
- Corporate employee engagement activities
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor
Required Experience
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
Education / Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical Experience And Competencies
- Deep Banking knowledge
- Good network in the market
