Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide information on banking products and services
Cash Management:Manage cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of transactions
Account Management:Open and close customer accounts as per bank policies and procedures
Assist customers with account-related activities such as updating information and issuing statements
Transaction Processing:Process various banking transactions, including transfers, payments, and check encashment
Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
Documentation and Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate and organized records of customer transactions and account activities
Assist in preparing necessary documentation for customer requests
Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services to customers
Cross-sell relevant banking products to meet customer needs
Compliance and Security:Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Ensure proper verification and authentication of customer identities for security purposes
Branch Operations Support:Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the branch
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Reporting:Prepare and submit reports on branch operations, transactions, and customer interactions
