About this opportunity:
This position will be End to End responsible for accurate, effective, cost-efficient, and timely delivery of HR Services/HR Administration related to the following areas. You'll also act as the main point of contact for both employees and external vendors regarding payroll issues, so a strong approach and a high sense of urgency are important.
What you will do:
Excel, Experience in handling large data base (MIS, Dashboard), Stakeholder Management, Sox Compliance. Support in Payroll & employee taxation.
Help in process Automation and Payroll Transition,Tool Administration & Compliance.
Exit Management system (Former Employees), Employee taxation and Gratuity.
Statutory compliances, Bonus calculations, Driving Simplification and process improvement.
Payroll processing, Post payroll reporting & Post payroll submissions.
Input collation and input validation.
The skills you bring:
Must have an experience in Exit management and Payroll processing for India!
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably within Human Resources or demonstrable experience within required area, Experience required- 2-5years.
Presentation and communication skills!
Analytical skills and financial acuity.
