Position: Production Officer
Location: As per business requirement (Goa)
Experience: 2–7 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Production
Key Responsibilities
Execute production plans and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Monitor manufacturing, filling, and packing operations to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Coordinate routine maintenance, shutdowns, and cleaning activities (CIP) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Track and analyze production performance, material consumption, and operational costs using available systems and tools.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and process performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trials, new product development, technical projects, and audits.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen operational capabilities and promote a high-performance culture.
Facilitate effective communication between management and shop-floor teams.
