ANRA Technologies is looking for an organized and proactive
Office Manager to manage the day-to-day administrative activities of our India office. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our office in Noida, where you will help create a productive, professional, and well-organized workplace for employees and visitors.
The Office Manager will coordinate office administration, facilities, vendors, travel, and general business support while assisting local leadership with day-to-day administrative needs. While this role will collaborate with colleagues in ANRA's global offices when needed, the primary focus will be supporting the India office and ensuring its smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the India office.
- Ensure the office is organized, functional, and provides a professional working environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers for office maintenance, facilities, and administrative needs.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and procurement of administrative items.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate office events, and provide administrative support to local leadership.
- Process office-related invoices and expense reports, and coordinate with the Finance team on payments and reimbursements.
- Maintain office records, contracts, licenses, and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate courier services, shipments, and office asset tracking.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company information and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in office administration, office management, executive administration, or a similar role.
- Experience managing a physical office environment, including facilities, vendors, and office services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating travel, vendors, office expenses, and administrative processes.
- Exposure to employee onboarding, payroll coordination, recruitment support, or employee administration is an advantage.
