Z Engineers Construction Pvt Ltd is hiring a highly experienced and strategic Office Administrator to be the backbone of our administrative and compliance operations. This is a critical leadership role for a seasoned professional ready to manage key administrative functions, oversee staff, and drive the complex statutory compliance process within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Highlights of the Role:
As our Office Administrator, you will be the central administrative hub, reporting directly to Management. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervisory Management: Directly oversee Frontdesk, Document Control, and Customer Relationship teams, ensuring seamless operation.

High-Stakes Compliance: Be the point person for all Approvals, Licenses, and Statutory Compliances with government departments, coordinating documentation across Finance, Project, and Legal teams.

Data & Financial Control: Manage confidential company databases (Leads, Vendors, Employees) and prepare regular reports on office budgets and expenses.

Communication Gateway: Act as a spokesperson and liaison between Management, employees, customers, and external vendors.

What We Are Looking For:
This role requires a proven leader with deep administrative expertise.

Must-Have Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of progressive work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or in a similar high-level administrative capacity.

Expert proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word) for financial reporting and data management.

Essential Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills for external liaison and internal reporting.

Proven Attention to Detail in handling confidential documents and legal compliance paperwork.

Familiarity with office procedures and HR software systems.
