Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Puducherry, India. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, handle office equipment, and ensure effective communication both within the clinic and with external clients. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, coordinating schedules, managing office supplies, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
