We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Greet visitors and clients and provide assistance as needed
Manage the calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist with special projects as needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
0-1 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
