Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in office administration and accounts management.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with GST, tax filing, and compliance regulations in India.
