Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in accounting and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist with audits and tax preparations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
