Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Hope Neuro Clinic, Sector 132, Noida
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed assessments of children to identify developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
* Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's goals.
* Provide therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and play.
* Collaborate closely with speech therapists, special educators, psychologists, and parents to ensure holistic intervention.
* Guide and train parents/caregivers on home programs and carryover strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution.
* RCI registration preferred.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Passion for working with children with neurodevelopmental conditions (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.).
