As a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on Net Zero Cloud you will work closely with the Net Zero Lead. The projects you will be involved in are from a variety of industries in leveraging Net Zero Cloud to measure and manage carbon footprints, monitor water and waste impact, streamline sustainability performance reporting, and support the progress of decarbonisation plans.
Your expertise in Salesforce and data management will be critical to providing strategic technical guidance to help clients leverage data and technology to achieve their sustainability goals. Additionally, your knowledge in carbon accounting and sustainability reporting frameworks will enable you to understand client data requirements to design, implement, and test solutions that are robust, defensible, auditable, and align to national and international standards.
You may occasionally be assigned to Salesforce projects unrelated to Net Zero Cloud, as demand dictates.
Consulting
Manage the timely delivery of projects through developing project plans and monitoring progress against them
Effectively communicate status updates to the stakeholders regarding progress
Meet with clients and get an understanding of their existing energy and emissions management processes
Determine and document client requirements for new sustainability management solutions
Provide guidance to clients on sustainability data management best practices
Contribute to the design of sustainability management solutions, including the design of best practice ingestion, calculation, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Interface with senior management, business, and technology teams to drive the adoption of reporting and planning in the solutions that we have implemented
Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and providing recommendations
Technical/Configuration/Client Support
Conduct data workshops with clients to understand sustainability data sources, such as emissions, energy, water, waste, procurement, and any other additional activity data, to be managed in Net Zero Cloud.
Design and configure Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and other supporting Salesforce technologies, i.e. Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, where required to meet client requirements. Includes the configuration of the Net Zero Cloud data model, calculations, and automations.
Design and configure CRM Analytics / Tableau dataflows, recipes, reports, and dashboards to meet client analytics requirements.
Perform data migrations of high-volume data sets, including collecting, transforming, load, and validation of client data, as part of Net Zero Cloud implementations and ongoing services.
Assist clients in gathering, transforming, and migrating sustainability data.
Respond to client support questions and requests via phone and email in relation to solutions that have been implemented
Business Development/Leadership/Strategy
Assist with the development and delivery of proposals, demonstrations, and presentations for new client opportunities
Build relationships within existing clients and use your understanding of their business to identify further opportunities for consulting
Contribute to the team's process improvements initiatives and strategy
Promote and encourage innovation within the team
Be involved in the ongoing development of the strategy for the business including the identification of current and emerging trends, potential new service offerings

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including security models, automations, data models, reports and dashboards
Experience in ERP implementations, specifically Finance-based modules, is highly desirable.
Experience using Salesforce data ingestion tools such as dataloader.io and Salesforce Inspector for high-volume data loads.
Highly Desirable Experience - Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, Tableau/CRM Analytics, Omnistudio, and Experience Cloud implementations.
Highly Desirable Certifications - Net Zero Cloud Accreditation, Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Architect Certifications (Application/System/Data Architect), or Omnistudio related certifications.
Knowledge of development lifecycle, and key Salesforce development tools and technologies
Experience in delivering solutions as part of a Salesforce Partner, or within in-house support or project team
