Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a Nursing Principal. The Nursing Principal will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the nursing department, including curriculum development, faculty management, and student progression. Daily tasks involve planning and implementing educational programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, mentoring faculty, and liaising with industry professionals to enhance learning experiences. The Nursing Principal will also be responsible for promoting a collaborative educational environment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
Qualifications
- Clinical and teaching experience in nursing education
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development, accreditation processes, and educational standards
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with industry professionals and stakeholders
- Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in administrative roles and with regulatory bodies is a plus
