North-West India Customs Delivery Manager

• Leading to Manage the EDI team for Import & export documentation Pan India on our own License.

• Responsible for Import documentation - Dealing with Duty Bills, Non-Duty Bills under various Duty-free schemes such as MEIS, SEIS, DEEC, EPCG, 100% EOU, Classification of items from Customs, IGST rate & C.E.Tariff, Referring EXIM Policy, etc.

• Managing all the Script License / Advance License Balance Management thru LogiSys application / Manual Tracking

• Responsible to Support Customer in Value Added Services Like Ice Gate Registration, IEC Modification in DGFT Portal, OnlineFSSAI application, PQ application, Obtaining DSC Class III from Vendor,

• Ensuring proper classification & valuation of goods, auditing checklists for correctness and compliance for entire regionalshipments.

• Timely update to customer regarding customs notification and implement in business.

• Responsible for updating the classifications & rate of duty to customer for New Product Launches.

• Ensuring proper training is provided to the team members for any Recent Changes in the trade.

• Maintaining the TAT and correctives while filling the BOE/ SB.

• Update all the Customs Milestones on LogiSys.

• Weekly Performance dashboard on EDI filling.

Critical Competencies

• Preferred Degree in Business or Supply Chainmanagement

• Minimum 10 years in logistics industries

• Preferred to have qualification like G and Fcards mandatory.

• Self-starter with commercial acumen

• Advanced interpersonal communication skillsand negotiation skills

• Demonstrated experience in solution design

• Strategic mindset and strong execution skills

• Ability to identify Customer pain points usingqualitative and quantitate data.
