We are seeking a Non IT Recruiter / Engineering Recruiter with experience in the Aerospace industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the Indian job market context. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients in the Aerospace industry
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in non IT/Engineering recruitment, preferably in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong understanding of Indian job market context and recruitment trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with legal regulations related to recruitment and hiring
