Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries and complaints through non-voice channels like email, chat and social media
- Processing orders, cancellations and refunds
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Assisting other team members as required
