Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Backend Developers skilled in Node.js and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Couchbase. The role involves building scalable APIs, working on real-time data processing with Kafka, and deploying applications on GCP using Docker/Kubernetes. Strong experience in API architecture, data migration, and cloud-native development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance APIs using Node.js
• Migrate and manage document-based databases (e.g., from MongoDB to Couchbase)
• Ensure strong observability with logging, tracing, and analytics in API design
• Work with Kafka for real-time data processingand streaming
• Implement reusable integration solutions with webhooks and API patterns
• Collaborate with mobile teams and support app backend integration
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and container orchestration
