Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Work Mode)

Job Type: Internship (6 months) + Full-Time Opportunity

• Additional Requirement: Strong DSA & Backend project experience preferred

The Role

As a Node Backend Developer at Outbox Labs, you will be responsible for developing scalable backend services, designing APIs, and working across the stack to build high-quality product features. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure performance, security, and seamless integration of backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Write efficient and secure RESTful APIs
• Integrate and manage relational databases using MySQL
• Collaborate with frontend teams and support UI integration (React understanding required)
• Apply DSA and system design concepts to optimize application performance
• Debug, test, and maintain high-quality code for production systems

What You'll Bring

• Strong skills in Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL
• Understanding of React for full-stack collaboration
• Strong command over Data Structures & Algorithms
• Ability to design scalable backend architectures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior project or internship experience in backend development is a strong plus
