Job Description

Operational competencies Beyond broad AWS Azure experience NOC engineers will maintain runbooks and automation that cover identity access IAMRBAC and IRSA production networking VPCVNet TGWVWAN WAF observability and SIEM handoffs CloudWatch AZURE Monitor Splunk and incident patterns seen during cloud migrationeg EMR Serverless disruptions requiring EKS capacity re baselining RDS throttling response and DataPower gateway cutovers Engineers execute documented safe changes via Terraform and scripts validate cutovers with standardized test coverage and drive post incident cost normalization The supervisor leads major incidents ensures SOP compliance and continuously improves NOC quality metrics MTTD MTTR toil
