Manage end-to-end onboarding of new retail product SKUs, including metadata entry, behavioral attributes, thumbnail linking, and 3D model references.
Work extensively with Google Sheets and Excel to clean, merge, and manipulate large datasets (1,000+ rows) across multiple sources.
Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform product data from internal databases.
Ensure functional and behavioral product data is accurately reflected in the platform (e.g., mounting type, materials compatibility, 3D rotation behavior).
Troubleshoot issues reported through Jira tickets related to product data display or configuration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and other analysts.
Automate repetitive tasks where possible using tools like Python or Tableau Prep (optional but preferred).
Match new product specs to existing templates and validate compatibility (e.g., sinks and faucets, light fixtures for walls vs. ceilings).
Participate in regular sprint meetings and team check-ins via Slack, Google Meet, etc.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Data Analyst role.
