About the role:
We are seeking a highly talented professional with Niagara, MS Experience to support and troubleshoot resolve the customer queries.
Role Responsibilities :
Provide startup, commission, and re-commission of customer HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
Understanding the operation of field level equipment s such as AHU, RTU, Chiller, sensors, and Coordination with Field operations team
Support and provide Commissioning and troubleshooting of BMS equipment s via calls, e-mails, tickets etc.
Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.
Understanding and reviewing, technical documents such as wiring diagrams, as-builts, exc.
Niagara N4 Certified with experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of controls concepts/applications and programming / troubleshooting / editing DDC controls programs. (KMC BACnet control systems is a plus.)
Role Purpose:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience with the operating and editing of BAS front end graphics (GUI) systems.
Experience working with troubleshooting the following controls systems is a required: DDC Controls, (BACnet, LON, Modbus), Tridium Niagara N4 Framework.
Minimum Requirements:
Solid understanding of BMS and HVAC systems
3 to 5 years of experience servicing Commercial BAS automatic temperature control.
Third-party integration experience (BACnet IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus)
Solid communication skills (ability to follow/direct written and verbal instruction)
Proficient in the use of E-Mail, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point, and other directly related software.
Working hours flexibility to meet customer requirements.
Should possess a good behavioral attitude.
