Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in model building, data pipelines, and production deployment, along with a problem-solving mindset and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
- Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics use cases
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Deploy models using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
- Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
Required Skills
- Strong programming in Python
- Experience with ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Hands-on with NLP / CV / Time Series models
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of data preprocessing & feature engineering
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LLMs / Generative AI (ChatGPT, LangChain, etc.)
- Exposure to real-time model deployment
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience working in Agile environments
Education
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
