Job Title: Nexthink SME / Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Architect with extensive experience in End User Computing (EUC) engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Nexthink solutions and be a master in PowerShell scripting to enhance our IT operations and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Nexthink solutions to optimize end-user experience and IT operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate processes and improve system efficiencies.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for IT staff on Nexthink functionalities and best practices.

• Monitor and analyze user experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Provide expert guidance on Nexthink integrations with existing IT infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Nexthink deployments and configurations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of End User Computing (EUC) engineering experience.

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink solutions.

• Strong mastery of PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

• Knowledge of C# and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is an added advantage.

• Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies.

• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools related to user experience.

• Relevant certifications in Nexthink or related technologies.
